New Delhi , the 4th January 1967
S.O. 78. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82B of the Indian Railways Act , 1890 (Act IX of 1890 ) , the Central Government hereby appoint Shri N. K. Vani , District & Sessions Judge , Sangli , as Claims Commissioner to deal with all claims for compensation arising out of the accident on the 10th October , 1966 involving 206 Down Poona - Vascoda Gama Express near Miraj on the South Central Railway . His headquarters will be at Sangli .
