New Delhi , the 6th January 1967
8.0. 88. In pursuance of rule 7 of the Export of P.V.C. Leather Cloth ( Inspection) Rules , 1966 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Commerce S.O. 2941 , dated , the 1st October , 1966 , namely : -
In the said notification , in the Table ,-
(1) for item ( 3 ) of the entry under column 2 against serial No. 2 " Export Inspection Agency , Calcutta " in column 1, the following item shall be substituted , namely :-
"( 3 ) Deputy Director ( Export Promotion ) ..... Ex - officio , Office of the Joint Chief Controller of Imports and Exports , 4 & 6 , Esplanade East , Calcutta - 1 . "
(11) for item ( 2 ) of the entry under column 2 against serial No. 3 " Export Inspection Agency, Madras " in column 1, the following item shall be substituted , namely :-
" ( 2 ) Deputy Director ( Export Promotion ) . Ex - officio , Office of the Joint Chief Controller of Imports and Exports . Madras , P.O. Box No. 1842 , Madras - 1 . "
