NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th January 1967
8.0. 138. In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub - sections ( 1 ) and (2) ofof sectionse 13AA of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 , the Election Commission, in consultation with the State Government , hereby designates- ( i ) the Collector of each of the districts in the State of Andhra Pradesh other than Hyderabad district as the district election officer for his district , and
( ii ) the Commissioner of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and the Collec- tor of Hyderabad district as the district election officers for that dis- trict,
and in respect of clause ( ii ) above , directs that the areas in which the two officers designated therein shall exercise jurisdiction shall respectively be the area com- prised within Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad and the remaining area of that district.
