New Delhi, the 5th January 1967

S.O. 90.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Represen- tation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. 434/DL/66 dated the 1st December, 1966, namely:—

In the Table appended to the said Notification for the existing entries in column 2, against items Nos. 5 and 6, the following entries shall be substituted:—

"5. Additional District Magistrate, (Central), Delhi". "6. Additional District Magistrate, (North), Delhi".

[No. 434/DL/86.]S.O. 91.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission here- by appoints in respect of every parliamentary constituency in the Union Territory of Delhi, as determined by the Delimitation Commission in its Order No. 17 dated the 22nd July, 1966, all the Returning Officers for all the Metropolitan constitu- encies comprised within that Parliamentary constituency, and the officer specified in column 2 against the parliamentary constituency specified in column 1 of the Table below, in addition to the officers notified in the Commission's Notification No. 434/DL/66C1) dated the 1st December. l966, as officers to assist the Returning Officer of that Parliamentary constituency in the performance of his duties. ( 35 )
