New Delhi, the 9th January 1967

S.O. 147.—The following order of the Election Commission is, published for general information: —

ORDER NO. 5C

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Delimitation Commission Act, 1962, I hereby make the following amendments in the Delimination Commission's Order No. 5. dated the 2nd June, 1966 relating to the State of Bihar, namely: —

I—In Table B of the said order,

(1) in item 1. Dhanaha, for the words ''Dhanha police station", the words "Dhanaha and Thakraha police stations" shall be substituted; (2) in item 108. Tribeniganj, after the words "Maura Kablyahi", the words "Jharkaha, Bathan Parsa" shall be inserted ;

(3) In item 110. Kumarkhand, after the words "Maura Kablyahi", the words "Jharkaha, Bathan Parsa" shall be inserted ;

(4) in item 141. Barhait' (ST), after the words "Godda sub-division", the words and number and the village Singarsi thana No. 9 in Amrs- para police station in Pakaur sub-'division" shall be inserted; (9) in item 142. Litipara(ST), for the word "Amrapara" the words, number and brackets "Amrapara police station (excluding village Singarsi thana No. 9) and" shall be substituted; (6) in item 181. Parbatta, after the words "Maheshkunt Bazar", the words "Maheshkhunt Gaon", shall be inserted; and (7) in item 182 Chautham. after the words "Maheshkhunt Bazar", the words "Maheshkhunt Gaon", shall be inserted; (53) 54 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART Il-Srr. 3(li)]

(C) In item 277. Dhanbad, be/ore the words "in Sadar sub-division", the words and figure '"and the village Dhokhm 42 in Baliapur police station" shall be inserted;

(9j in item 280, Sindrl,—

(i) for the word "Patherdlh", the words and figure "Pathettllh and the village Qharkacha alias Konidih 115" shall be aubstitultd;

(ii) for the words "Baliapur police station", the words, brackets and number "Baliapur police station (excluding the village Dholhra 42)" shall be substituted;

(10) in item 281. Jharia, for the words "and Patheidih", the words and number "and Patherdih and the village C^arkadia alias Nonidi.i U5" shall be substituted.

II—In the note at the end of the Table B. after the figure "1986", the words and figures "except that the reference to police stations in Champaran dl Uirt in the entry 1. Dhanaha and the reference tD - olice statin-is i I Santfal Pa ganas district, in the entries 141. Barhait and 142. Lltipa*Ti shall be taken to mean the area comprised within those police stations on the ilith day of August, 1966" shall shall be added.
