EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , 11th Januarу 1967
S.O. 148. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of Imports and Ex- ports ( Control ) Act, 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 namely : - 1 In Part ' A' of Schedule I to the said Order , after item No. 30 , the following item shall be added: -
" 31-Pulses , Lentils , Grams and Beans ."
2. In Part 'B ' of Schedule I to the said Order , the existing Item No. 9 shall be substituted by the following :-
"9-Grains and Flour other than those specified in Part ' A ' . "
