New Delhi , the 10th January 1967
S.O. 146. The following Order made by the President is published for general information :-
THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATES OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA ( ALLO- CATION OF EMOLUMENTS AND ALLOWANCES ) ORDER , 1967 .
In pursuance of clause ( 3A ) of article 158 of the Constitution , the Fresident hereby makes the following Order , namely
1. Short title and Commencement .-( 1 ) This Order may be called the Governor of the States of Punjab and Haryana ( Allocation of Emoluments and Allowances ) Order , 1967 .
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of N - vember , 1966 .
2. Allocation of emoluments and allowances . The emoluments and allowances payable to the Governor of the State of Punjab and the State of Haryana shall be allocated between the States of Punjab and Haryana in the proportion of 60:40 .
