EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , 11th January 1967
S.O. 148. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of Imports and Ex- ports ( Control) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 namely : - 1 In Part ' A ' of Schedule I to the sald Order , after item No. 30 , the following item shall be added :-
" 31-Pulses , Lentils , Grams and Beans . "
2. In Part ' B ' of Schedule I to the sald Order, the existing item No. 9 shall be substituted by the following :-
"9- Grains and Flour other than those specified in Part 'A' . "
