New Delhi , the 12th January 1967
S.O. 152. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby designates, designates , in respect of every parliamentary constituency in the State of Uttar Pradesh as determined by the Delimitation Commission in its Order No. 15 , dated the 19th May , 1966 , all the Returning Officers and the Assistant Returning Officers for all the assembly constituencies comprised within that parliamentary consti- tuency , as officers to assist the Returning Officer of that parliamentary constitu- eucy in the performance of his duties .
