NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th January 1967
S.O. 208.- ESS.COMM / IRON & STEEL - 2A. In exercise of the powers con- ferred by Clause 2A of the Iron and Steel ( Control ) Order , 1956 , as amended from time to time , the Central Government hereby exempts the categories of steel speci- fied in the Schedule annexed hercto from the provisions contained in clauses 4 , 5, 15, 18 , 20 and 27 of the said Order , provided that all acquisitions , disposals and sales are made within India.
