New Delhi, the 12th January 1967
S.O. 209.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made In its notification No. 434/MY/ 60, dated the 29th December, 1966, published In the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3f.il), dated the 7th January, 1967, and re-published in the Mysore Gazette, dated the 2nd January, 1967, namely :—
In the table appended to the said notification—
(1) ten the existing entry ''4. Municipal Commissioner, City Municipal Council, Gulbarga", in column 3 against item 1, the entry "4. Assistant Commissioner, Gulbarga Sub-Division, Gulbarga" shall be substituted; and

(U) For "6. Assistant Commissioner, Gu'barga Sub-Division. Gulbarge and "7. Superintendent of Settlements, Gulbarga" appearing against item No. 2, read "6. Superintendent of Settlements, Gulbarga-c;im-Eidar, Gulbarga".
(ill) For "2. Gazetted Assistant to the Divisional Commissioner, Belgaum Division, Belgaum" appearing against item 24, read "2. Gazetted Assis- tant (General) to the Divisional Commissioner, Belgaum Division, Belgaum".
