NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th January 1967
S.O. 209.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its notification No. 434/MY/ 66 dated the 29th December, 1966, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3(ii), dated the 7th January. 1967, and re-published In the Mysore Gazette, dated the 2nd January, 1967, namely :—
In the table appended to the said notification—
(i) for the existing entry "4. Municipal Commissioner, City Municipal Council Gulbarga", in column 3 against item 1, the entry "4. Assistant Commissioner, Gulbarga Sub-Division, Gulbarga" shall be substituted; and

(1) For "6. Superintendent of Settlements, Gulbarga" appearing against item No. 1, read "5. Superintendent of Settlements, Gulbwga-cun-Bidar, Gulbarga".
(ii) For "6. Assistant Commissioner, Gu'barga Sub-Division, Gulbarga and "7. Superintendent of Settlements, Gulbarga" appearing against Item No. 2, read "6. Superintendent of Settlements, Gulbarga-cum-Eidar, Gulbarga".
(Ill) For "2. Gazetted Assistant to the Divisional Commissioner, Belgaum Division, Belgaum" appearing against item 24, read "2, Gazetted Assis- tant (General) to the Divisional Commissioner, Belgaum Division, Belgaum".
