NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th January 1967
S.O. 211. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby appoints Shri T. R. Kalia , Additional Election Officer , Delhi , as Assistant Returning Officer for each of the parliamentary constituencies in the Union Territory of Delhi , as determined by the Delimitation Commission in its Order No. 17 , dated the 22nd July , 1966 , and further directs that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. 434/ DL / 66 ( 1 ) , dated the 5th January , 1967 , namely:-
In the Table appended to the said notification for the existing entries in column 2, against item Nos . 5 , 6 andand 7 , the entries " Shri K. K. Bhasin , Magistrate 1st Class , Delhi , Shri R. N. Mehrotra , Magistrate 1st Class , Delhi , and Shri S. K. Batra , Magistrate 1st Class , Delhi , shall be substituted respectively .
