New Delhi , the 16th January 1967
G.S.R. 97.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 153A of the Com- panies Act, 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri B. M. Mitra , Joint Secretary , in the Ministry of Law , Department of Company Affairs as the Public Trustee , in addition to his own duties as Joint Secretary in the aforesaid Department, to discharge the functions and to exercise the rights and powers conferred on the Public Trustee by or under the said Act .
