New Delhi , the 16th January 1967
G.S.R. 97.In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 153A of the Com- panies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri B. М. Mitra , Joint Secretary , in the Ministry of Law , Department of Company Affairs as the Public Trustee , in addition to his own duties as Joint Secretary in the aforesaid Department , to discharge the functions and to exercise the rights and powers conferred on the Public Trustee by or under the said Act .
