New Delhi , the 16th January 1967
G.S.R. 98. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sectiom ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public intcrest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. 118 - Customs dated the 11th June ,June, 1966, namely: - -
In the said notification , for the existing clause ( f ) , the following clause shall be substituted , namely:-
" ( f ) that the goods are exported on or before the Sist January , 1967 : and " .
