NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 16th January 1967
S.O. 213.—Whereas the President of India has by notification published In the Gazette of India On the 16th January 1967, called upon all parliamentary consti- tuencies in the State of Kerala to elect members to the House of the People,
Now, therefore, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Re- presentation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby appoints with respect to each of the said elections—
(a) the 23rd January, 1967 as the last date for making nominations;
(b) the 24th January, 1967 as the date for the scrutiny of nominations;
(c) the 27th January, 1867 as the last date for the withdrawal of candi- datures;
(d) the 20th February, 1987 as the date on which a poll shall, if necessary, be
