New Delhi , the 14th January 1967
S.O. 283. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 49 of the Conduct of Elections Rules , 1961 , the Election Commission hereby directs that , for the election to the House of the People from the Nagaland Parliamentary Constituency to be held in pursuance of the President's notification published in the Gazette of India , on the 13th January , 1967 , the method of voting shall be followed at of voting by ballot at all the polling stationstations provided for that constituency .
