S.O. 285. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendment in the Table appended to its notification No. 434 / UP / 67 , dated the 11th January , 1967 , namely : -
Against item No. 62 , in column 3 , for the existing entry , substitute- "Additional District Magistrate ( Judicial ) . "
