S.O. 286. The following order of the Election Commission is published for general information : -
ORDER NO . 9F
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 11 of the Delimitation Commission Act , 1962 , I hereby make the following corrections in the Delimitation Commission's Order No. 9 , datedted the 16th September , 1965 , re- lating to the State of Madras , namely : -
In Table B of the said Order ,
( i ) in item 190 - Peraurani , for the words "Peraurani and Scihubavachatram unions " , the words and brackets " Peraurani union and Sethubava- chatram union ( excluding Vasudevapuram village in Vijayapuram panchayat ) " shall be substituted ;
( ii ) in item 191 - Aranthangi , for the words "Aranthangi taluk " , the words "Aranthangi taluk : and Vasudevapuram village in Vijayapuram pan- chavat in Pattukkottai taluk . " shall be substituted .
