S.O. 286. The following order of the Election Commission is published for general information: --
ORDER NO . 9E
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 11 of the Delimitation Commission Act , 1962 , I hereby make the following corrections in the Delimitation Commission's Order No 9 , dated the 16th September , 1965 , re- lating to the State of Madras , namely: -
In Table B of the said Order ,
( i ) in item 190 - Peraurani , for the words " Peraurani and Sethubavachatram unions" , the words and brackets " Peraurani union and Sethubava- chatram union ( excluding Vasudevapuram village in Vijayapuram panchayat ) " shall be substituted :
( ii ) in item 191 - Aranthangı , for the words " Aranthangi taluk " , the worâs "Aranthangi taluk ; and Vasudevapuram village in Vijayapuram pan- chayat in Pattukkottai taluk . " shall be substituted .
