NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd January 1967

S.O. 292.—Whereas by the order of the Government of India No. S.O. 3737, dated the 24th October, 1984, as amended by S.O. 3164, dated the 20th October, 1966 and S.O. 3663, dated the 29th November, 1966, the management of the under- taking known as the Mohini Sugar Mills Limited, Warisaliganj, District Gaya (Bihar) has been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to therein for a period of two years and three months from the 24th October, 1964;

And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said undertaking should continue to be under the management of the said Authorised Controller for a further period of five months from the 24th January, 1967; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-rule (3) of rule 125A of the Defence of India Rules, 1962, and of all other powers ( 1 5 5) 156 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [Pjur H - S K. hereunto enabling, the Central Government hereby extends the period of opera- tion of the said order upto and Inclusive of the 23rd June, 1967, and directs that the following amendment ihall b" made in the said ordar; namely:—

In the said ordar, for the words "two years and three months" wherever, they occur, the words "two years and eight months" shall be substituted.
