ORDER
New Delhi, the 24th .January 1967
G.S.R. 131.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Delhi Roller Mills Wheat Products (Ex-Mill and Retail) Price Control Order, 1965, namely: —
1. (1) This Order may be called the Delhi Roller Mills Wheat Products (Ex- Mill and Retail) Price Control (Amendment) Order, 1067.
(2) It shall come into force on the 25lh day of January, 1967.
2. In the Delhi Roller Mill Wheat Products (Ex-Mill and Retail) Price Control Order, 1965,—

Clariflcatcnv Note.—The following t" a clariflcatory note and does not form part of this Order.
The effect of this amendment will be that as from the 25th January, 1967, the retail price of wholemeal atta produced by the roller flour mills and sold by retail shop-keepers in Delhi will be 65 palse per kilogram and not 64 palse as hitherto. The corresponding retail prices of such atta packed in polythene bags of 1 kilogram and 2 kilogram nett will be 70 palse and Rs. 1.40 respectively.
