ORDER
New Delhi, the 24th January 1967
G.S.R. 131.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Delhi Roller Mills Wheat Products (Ex-Hill and Retail) Price Control Order, 1965, namely: —
1. (1) This Order may be called the Delhi Roller Mills Wheat Products (Ex- Mill and Retail) Price Control (Amendment) Order, 1967.
(2) It shall come into force on the 25th day of January, 1967.
2, In the Delhi Roller Mill Wheat Products (Ex-Mill and Retail) Price Control Order, 1965,—
(i) in clause 5, for the figures "61" appearing against the entry "Wholemeal atta", the figures "65" shall be substituted;

Clarificatory Note.—The following ia a clarificatory note and does not form part of this Order.
Th" effect of thi* amendment will be that as from the 25th January, 1967, the retail price of wholomeal atta produced by the roller flour mills and sold by retail shop-keepers in Delhi will be 65 paise per kilogram and not 64 patae as hitherto. The corresponding retail prices of such atta packed in polythene bags of 1 kilogram and 2 kilogram nett will be 70 paise and Rs. 1.40 respectively.
