New Delhi, the 25th. January 1967
S.O. 350.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Export
(Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963), the Central Government
hereby recognises:—
(i) ESKAPS (India) Private Limited, 30, Chowringhee Road. Calcutta-I0,
also as the agencies for the inspection of Inorganic Pigments specified In Schedule
II annexed to the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Commerce No. S.O. 1682, dated the 1st June, 1966 and directs that the following
amendment shall be made in the said Notification, namely:—
In the said Notification, in Schedule I, after serial No. 16 and the entry relating
thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:—
"17. ESKAPS (India) Private Limited, 30, Chowringhee Road, Calcutta- 10
[No. 80(I30)Exp.Insp/86.]
