New Delhi , the 27th January 1967
8.O. 351. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby recognises :-
(1 ) ESKAPS ( India ) Private Limited , 30 , Chowringhee Road, Calcutta - 16 also as the agency for the inspection of Organic Chemicals specifled in Schedule II annexed to the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerco annexed No. S.O. 480, dated the 9th February , 1966 and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the aforesaid notification , namely : -
In the said notification , in Schedule I , after serial No. 16 and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be inserted namely : -
" 17. ESKAPS ( India ) Private Limited , 30 , Chowringhee Road , Calcutta - 16 . "
