S.O. 355. The following order of the Election Commission is published for general information : -
ORDER NO . ЗА
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 11 of the Delimitation Commission Act , 1962 , I hereby make the following amendments in the Delimitation Commission's O der No. 3 , dated the 3rd July , 1965 , relating to the State of Andhra Pradesh , namely :
I- In Table B of the said Order ,
(1) in item 164 , for " Kundurp " read " Kundurpi " ;
(2) in item 203 , for the existing entry , the entry " Chevella taluk ( excluding Shahabad circle ) ; and Narsinghi and Shamshabad circles and the villages in Katedhan and Lingampa.Il circles specified in items ( 36A) and ( 36B ) of the Appendix, respectively , in Hyderabad West Taluk" , shall be substituted ;
(3 ) in item 208 , for the words "Fathenagar town in Alwal circ'e in Hydera- bad West Taluk " , the words " Fathenagar town in Ameerpet circle in Hyderabad Urban Taluk " shall be substituted;
(4) in item 210 , for the existing entry , the entry " Wards 13 , 19 and 20 of Hyderabad division of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and the villages in Bahadurpura circle specified in item (36C ) of the Appendix in Hyderabad Urban talus ; and Katedhan circle [ excluding the vill- ages specified in item ( 36A) of the Appendix ) in Hyderabad West taluk" , shall be substituted;

(5) in item 211 , for the existing entry , the entry " Saroornagar , Hayatnagar and Amberpet circles in Hyderabad East taluk ; and Gaddi Annaram (part) village in Sayeedabad circle in Hyderabad Urban taluk ; and Ward 16 of Hyderabad division of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation " shall be substituted;
of (6 ) in item 215 , for the existing entry, the entry " Sccunderabad Cantonment including those areas of Bowenpalli , Alwal , Macha Bolaram and Malkajgiri towns lying therein , Lallaguda town and that area Lalaguda and Malkajgiri towns lying in Secunderabad division of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation , and the villages Bowenpalli , Ferozguda and Yusulguda ( part) in Ameerpet circle , and the villages Malkajgiri ( part ) and Macha Boloram ( part) in Thirumalgiri circle in Hyderabad Urban taluk ; and Kukatpali circle and Lingampalli circle [excluding the villages specified in itemem (36B) of the Appendix ] , in Hyderabad West taluk " , shall be substituted ;
(7) in item 216 , for the existing entry , the entry " Medchal taluk : Chatkesar and Uppal circles in Hyderabad East taluk ; and the villages in Thirumalgiri circle specified in item ( 36D ) of the appendix, in Hydera-- bad Urban taluk" , shall be substituted ;
(8) in item 231 ,
( 1 ) for " Annaram ( Kalan ) " read " Annaram ( Khurd ) " ;
( ii ) for " Annaram ( Kd ) " read " Annaram ( Kaan ) " ;
( 9 ) in item 232 ,

III - In the Note at the end of the Table B , after the figures " 1965 " , the words and figures " except that the reference to a taluk , firka or circle in Hyderabad district shall be taken to mean the area comprised within that taluk , firka or circle on the 1st day of April , 1955 " shall be added .

The date of Issue No. 46 , of the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II- Section 3-Sub - section ( ii ) , containing the notification No. 5 /3 /66 - LRII , dated 17th January , 1967 ( S.O. 290 ) , of the Ministry of Labour , Employment and Rehabilita- tion, should be " Saturday , January 21 , 1967 / Magha 1 , 1888 " instead of "Tuesday , January 17 , 1967/ Pausa 27 , 1888 " .
