New Delhi , the 25th January 1967
S.O. 356. In the Election Commission's notification No. 508/66 ( OR ) , dated the 29th December , 1966, published in an Extraordinary issue of the Gazette of India , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - Section ( ii ) , dated the 29th December, 1966 , following words shall be inserted between the words ' Additional District Magistrate' and ' of each district ' :-
"dealing with matters relating to elections to the House of the People and the Legislature of State" .
