NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th January , 1967
S.O. 357. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby recognises-
( 1) ESKAPS ( India ) Private Limited , 30 , Chowringhec Road , Calcutta -16 .
also as the agency for the inspection of Refractory Bricks specified in Schedu'e II annexed to the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Com- merce No. S.O. 2518 dated the 22nd August , 1966 and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the aforesaid notification , namely : -
In the said notification , in Schedule I, after serial No. 12 and the entry relating thereto , the following shall be inserted , namely:-
" 13. ESKAPS ( India) Private Limited , 30 , Chowringhee Road , Calcutta - 16 . "
