S.O, 359.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963), the Central Government hereby recognises: —
(1) Geo-chem Laboratories (P) Ltd., 294, Frere Road, Fort, Bombay-1
also as the agency for the inspection of Minerals and Ores—Group II specified in. Schedule II annexed to the Notification of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Commerce No, S.O. 3150, dated the 30th September, 1965 and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the aforesaid notification namely: —
In the said notification, in Schedule I, after serial No.' 11 and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be inserted namely: —
"12, Geo-chem Laboratories (P) Ltd., 294, Frere Road, Fort, Bombay-1".
