8.O. 421. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , thethe Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Exports ( Control ) Order 1962, namely:-
1. In Part ' A' of Schedule I to the said Order after entry ( viii ) of Item 2 (a) , the following entry shall be inserted:--
" ( ix) Rutile"
