NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 4th February 1967
S.O. 430 / ESS . COMM/ IRON & STEEL - 2A . In exercise of the powers con- ferred by clause 2A of the Iron and Steel ( Control ) Order , 1956 , as amended from time to time , the Central Government hereby exempts the categories of steel specified in the Schedule annexed hereto from the provisions contained in Clauses 4, 5 , 15 , 18 , 20 and 27 of the said Order provided that all acquisitions , dis- posals and sales are made within India .
SCHEDULE
1. Black Corrugated Sheets ( including defective and rejected material of this category ) .
2. Off grade , defectives and rejected plates .
3. Defectives or rejected and cut down black sheets ,
4. Defectives or rejected and cut down cold rolled sheets .

ERRATA
In the Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Coopera- tion (Department of Agriculture ) Order No. 12-25 / 66 - L.D.I / III , dated 30th Janu- ary , 1967 , published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II -Sec . 3- Sub-section ( ii ) , dated 30th January , 1967 , the S.O. No. of the Order should be read as " 358 - A" instead of " 158 -A" .
