EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 6th February 1967
SUBJECT : -Export of Bauxite .
No. 4 - ETC ( PN ) / 67 .--Attention is invited to the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 2 - ETC ( PN ) / 67 dated the 28th January , 1967967 according to which appli- cations for export of Bauxite from all categories of private exporters were to be addressed to the Chief Controller of Imports & Exports , New Delhi by name to Shri G. S. Sharma , Dy . Chief Controller of Imports & Exports .
2. It has now been decided that the export of Bauxite of all grades will be allowed freely on presentation of the shipping documents in the prescribed form and manner duly supported by the evidence prescribed in the Public Notice No. 2- ETC ( PN ) / 67 dated the 28th January, 1967 by all category of private exporters to the respective licensing authorities i.c. , Joint Chief Controller of Imports & Exports , Bombay / Calcutta and the Controller of Imports & Exports , Rajkot , depending on the port from which shipment is to be made . Export will be allowed freely on first- come - first serve basis against a limited ceiling by the concerned licensing authority .
