G.S.R. 189.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service; Rules, 1957, the Chairman hereby makes the following further amendments in the First Schedule to those rules, with effect from the 5th February, 1967, namely;—
In the First Schedule to the said Rules,—
(1) under the heading "Class III"—
(a) in the third column showing the number of permanent posts sanction- ed—
(i) against item "20A. Upper Division Clerks" for the figures '29' the figures '31' shall be substituted;
(ii) against item "21. Lower Division Clerks" for the figures '57' the figures '58' shall be substituted;
(iii) against item "24A. Steno-typists for the figure '2' the figure '3' shall be substituted; and
