S.O. 515. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( xi ) of clause ( a) of section 2 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1935 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby declares the following class of commodity , being an agri- cultural machinery , to be an essential commodity for the purposes of the said Act, namely :-
"Tractors" .
