In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby appoints , in addition to the officers appointed by its notifications No. 434 / J & K/ HP/ 66 , dated the 7th December , 1966 and 2nd January , 1967 , the Block Develop- ment Officers . Tangoara and Kralpora as Assistant Returning Officers for the Baramulla Parliamentary Constituency .
