NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th February 1967
S.O. 593. In excrcise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission directs that the following amendments shall be made in Its notification No. 434 / BR / 66 , dated the 17th August , 1966 , published in the Extraordinary issue of the Gazette of India , Part II , Section 3 ( 11 ) , dated the 19th August , 1966 , namely :-
In the Table appended to the said notification,
( i ) In item 29 to the entries in column 3 , the entry " ( 5 ) Shri R. A. Sinha , Additional Collector ( Supply ) , Monghyr " shall be added .
( ii ) In item 30 to the entries in column 3 , the entry " ( 5 ) Shri R. A. Sinha . Additional Collector ( Supply ) , Monghyr " shall be added .
(ili ) In Item 31 to the entries in column 3 , the entry " ( 5 ) Shri S. A. Hoider , Administrative Officer, T.A.D.P. , Monghyr " shall be added.
( iv ) In item 32 to the entries in column 3 , the entry " ( 6 ) Shri S. A. Haider Administrative Officer , I.A.D.P. , Monghyr " shall be added .
( v) In item 38 to the entries in column 3 , the entry " ( 4 ) Sub -divisional Officer , Arrah " shall be added .
