New Dell the 16th February 1967
S.O. 599. In pursuance of rule 7 of the Export of Inorganic Chemicals ( Inspec- tion) Rules , 1966, the Central Government hereby appoints the persons mentioned in column ( 2 ) of the Table given below as the Panel of Experts for the purpose of hearing appeals under the said rules against the derision of the Inspection Agencies carrying out inspection in the areas mentioned in the corresponding entry in Column ( 1) thereof .
Provided that where a member of any of the said panel is personally interested in the subject matter of any appeal , he shall not take part in the proceedings relating to that appeal
