ORDERS
New Delhi, the 17th February 1967 G.S.R. 228.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Inter-Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products (Movement Control) Order, 1964, namely :~-
1. This Order may be called the Inter-Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products (Movement Control) Second Amendment Oder, 1967.
2, In the Inter-Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products (Movement Control) Order, 1964, for sub-clause (b) of clause 2, the following sub-clause shall be substituted, namely ;—
"(b) "external border area" means the area within
(1) a ten-mile belt all along the border lying within the State of Punjab or Gujarat, or

S(i)]G.SJl. £27.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1055), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Rajasthan Foodgrains (Restrictions on Border Movement) Order, 1959, namely: —
1 This Order may be called the Rajasthan Foodgrains (Restrictions on Border Movement) Amendment Order, 1967-
2. Jn the Rajasthan Foodgrains (Restrictions on Border Movement) Order ]959 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), in clause 2,—
(1) for sub-clause (a), the following sub-clause shall be substitutes namely :—
"(a) 'external border area' means the area within the State of Rajasthan adojoining the territory of West Pakistan lying within
(1) a five-mile belt in the districts of Banner, Bikaner and Jaisalmer,
and
(2) a ten-mile belt in other districts;"
(2) for sub-clause (bb), the following sub-ciause shall be substituted, namely :—
"(bb) 'internal border area' means the area within the State of Rajasthan lying within
(1) a ten-mile belt all along the border of that State adjoining the State of Uttai* Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Harlyana and Gujarat, or
(2) a five-mile belt all long the border of the districts of Jhunjhunu and Sikar of Rajasthan adjoining the State of Punjab;" 3. After clause 3 of the suid Order, the following clause shall be inserted, namely :•—
"3A. Notwithstanding anything contained in clause 2 or clause 3, in the case of internal border area of Rajasthan adjoining the State of Punjab, the provisions of this Order shall apply to foodgrains other than gram and its products.1'
