New Delhi , the 17th February 1967
S 601 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby recognises-
Officer - in - charge , Quality Marking Centres ( Engineering ) , Directorate of Industries , PUNJAB
agency for the inspection of cast iron manhole covers and frames specified in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 1688 dated the 3rd June 1966 and directs that the following amendments shall be made in the aforesaid notification , namely : ---
In the said notification , in the schedule , after Serial No. 11 and entries relating thereto , the following shall be inserted , namely : --
"12. Officers - in- charge , Quality Marking Centres ( Engineering ) , Directorate of Industries , PUNJAB "
