NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th February 1967
S.O. 605. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby recognises-
Officers - in-charge Quality Marking Centres ( Engineering ) , Directorate of Industries , PUNJAB
as agency for the inspection of cast iron soil pipes and fittings specified in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 2425 dated 2nd August , 1965 and directs that the following amendments shall be made in the aforesaid notification, namely : -
In the said notification , after Serial No. (xi ) and the entries relating thereto . the following shall be inserted , namely :-
" ( xii ) Officers -in - charge , Quality Marking Centres ( Engineering ) , Directorate of Industries , PUNJAB " ,"
