New Delhi , the 18th February 1967
S.O. 607. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendments be made in its notification No. 434 / MP/ 66 , dated the 15th February , 1967 , namely :-
In the Table appended to the said notification:
(1) against item 3 , in column 2 the entry 'Assistant Director , Food Supplies , Gwalior .' shall be deleted , and
(11) against item 3 , in column 2 , for the existing entry, " Divisional Market- ing Officer , Gwalior . " the entry " Divisional Marketing Officer , M.P. State Co- operative Marketing Society , Gwallor " . shall be substituted .
