S.O. 612.—In pursuance of rule 5 of the Export of Gum Karaya (Inspection) Rules, 1965 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 2456, dated the 12th August, 1966, the Central Govenment he eby appoints the persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as the panel of exports for the purpose of hearing appeals under the said rule against the decision of the Export Inspection Agency mentioned in the corres- ponding entry in column (1) thereof:
Provided that where a member of any of the said panels is personally interested in the subject matter of any appeal, he shall not take part in the proceedings relating to that appeal.
