S.R.O. 4 - E.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 2 of the Armed Forces ( Emergency Duties ) Act, 1947 ( 15 of 1947 ) , the Central Gov- ernment hereby declares every service connected with the supply of electricity , in the State of Maharashtra , to be a service of vital importance to the community .
