EXPORT TRADE CONTROL .
New Delhi , the 21st February 1967
S.O. 684. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 namely : -
1. In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order , for the existing entry ' Flue - cured Virginia Tobacco ' , the following shall be substituted :-
"Flue - cured and Sun - cured Virginia Tobacco" ,
2. Under Sub - Clause 2 ( e ) ( iv ) of Clause 4 of the said Order , for the words 'Flue - cured Virginia Tobacco' the following entry shall be substituted: -
"Flue- cured and Sun - cured Virginia Tobacco . "
