ORDER
New Delhi , the 21st February 1967
S.O. 685. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it to make orders under Clauses ( c ) , ( d ) and ( f ) of sub- section ( 2 ) of section 3 of the said Act in relation to the prices , stocks and move- ments of cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hercto annexed , be exercisable by the Government of Bihar .
2. This order shall remain in force upto the 30th April , 1967 .
THE SCHEDULE
Varieties of Cattle Fodder
Hay .
Bhusa.
Gowar . Karab or Karbi or Kadbi .
Grass .
Paddy straw .
Concentrates viz . By products of all pulses , Crushed Dal , Maize , Wheat , Bran ; Oats and Juar .
This issues in supersession of the Government of India Notification S.O. No. 3 dated the 28th December , 1966 .
