S.O. 687.-In pursuance of the provisions of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected in the constituency referred to therein , is publish- ed for general information : -
DECLARATION
"ELECTION TO THE HOUSE OF THE PEOPLE ANANTNAG PARLIAMEN- TARY CONSTITUENCY .
In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub - section ( 2 ) of section 53 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 I declare that Mohamad Shaffi Qureshi of Maisumana Bazar, Srinagar (Kashmir) has been duly elected to fill the seat in the above Constituency.
