S.O. 687. In pursuance of the provisions of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected in the constituency referred to therein , is publish- ed for general information: -
DECLARATION
" ELECTION TO THE HOUSE OF THE PEOPLE ANANTNAG PARLIAMEN- TARY CONSTITUENCY.
In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub - section ( 2 ) of section 53 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 I declare that Mohamad Shaffi Qureshi of Maisuma Bazar , Srinagar ( Kashmir ) has been duly elected to fill the seat in the above Constituency .
