"In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by article 85 of the Constitu- tion and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf, I hereby rescind my order dated the 9th January 1967, published in the Gazette of India by the Lok Sabha Secretariat Notification No. 37/1/XVII/67/T, dated the 11th January, 1967, summoning the Lok Sabha to meat at New Delhi on Monday, the 13th March, 1967.
