No. F. 103 ( 1 ) / 65 - NEFA. Whereas a general election has been held for the pur- pose of constituting a new House of the People ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section of the Re presentation of the People Act , 1950 (4 of 1950 ) , the President is pleased to nominate Shri Daying Ering , to fill the seat in the House of the People allotted to the Part B tribal areas ( that is , North East Frontier Tract ) of Assam.
